Shipping policy

1. Order processing
  • Production time: Once an order is placed, it takes our production partner 2–7 business days to create and fulfill the product before it is shipped.
  • Fulfillment: All products are made-to-order and sent to fulfillment automatically. To ensure prompt delivery, some items may be shipped separately if they are produced by different Print Providers. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
2. Shipping methods and delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they can vary based on the destination and factors outside of our control.
  • Standard Shipping: Our current shipping method in the US
    • Domestic (US): 2–5 business days (after production)
3. Shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the product type, shipping method, and destination, unless otherwise noted. For example, "FREE Shipping".
  • For orders with multiple items, you may see an initial charge for the first product and a smaller charge for each additional item, unless otherwise noted. For example, "FREE Shipping".
4. Order tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can use this number to track your package's progress directly on the carrier's website.
