Refund policy


1. No returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse
Because all of our products are made to order, we do not support returns, exchanges, or refunds if customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind. We encourage all customers to double-check their orders and refer to our sizing charts before making a purchase. Pay attention to variants available (e.g. color, size, print design). We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Damaged or defective items
We offer a free replacement or a refund for any damaged or defective products, or for items that arrive with a manufacturing error.
  • How to report: To be eligible, contact us within 14 days of receiving your product at jstthinking518@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photograph showing the damage or defect
  • What happens next: Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you or issue a refund. There is no need to return the damaged item.
3. Incorrect or lost orders
  • Wrong item received: If you receive an incorrect product, please report the issue to jstthinking518@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the incorrect item along with your order number. We will send the correct item free of charge.
  • Lost in transit: For orders lost in transit, our support team will investigate the issue. If it is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or a partial refund. 
  • Incorrect address provided by customer: If an order is returned due to an invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer, a partial refund may be issued, not including shipping costs. A new order would need to be placed with the correct address at the customer's expense.
